THE abolition of the monarchy and the legislative hereditary peerage are long-term projects. Far more urgent is the need to curb the divine right of the Prince of Wales to impose the architectural folly of his dreams - a sort of neo-Georgian Camillaville - on the Paternoster site beside St Paul's.
