Letter: Sex and the older man

I STEELED myself as I felt it my duty to read every word of your sex edition (Real Life, 21 January) - and found a regurgitation of the type of material spewed out by the glossy magazines, with some more personal anecdotes that could have come from the top shelf.

Are you trying to teach us something? Because most of it was old hat in today's free for all, and some was sheer nonsense. Except for Kate Saunders's piece which should be compulsory reading for all active males.

In my day (I'm 71) sex was to be enjoyed and if you had a problem, there were plenty of people around to advise. Not much has changed except the media can't stop talking about it.
