SEVEN-NIGHT, fly-drive packages to the US are being offered from pounds 269 in a new United Vacations (081-313 0999) programme. The pounds 269 price applies to New York, Boston and Washington DC - seven-night packages to Los Angeles, San Francisco and San Diego cost from pounds 335.
