Arsenal v Bolton

Top-scorer Ian Wright, who missed the midweek stalemate against Liverpool with a back injury, is not likely to be fit to help Arsenal seek the victory that would seal a Uefa Cup place. Defender Adams is also ruled out. Bolton, already relegated, have striker Blake available after suspension, while goalkeeper Branagan, full back Small and Burnett are in contention.

Chelsea v Blackburn

England Under-21 defender Duberry, suspended for last week's draw with Tottenham, will have a fitness test but otherwise Hoddle has a full strength squad for his final match as Chelsea manager. Blackburn's Norwegian midfielder Bohinen (calf strain) is in line for his first Premiership match in three months. Coleman (leg) is fit after missing last week's draw with Arsenal but Newell (hamstring) is doubtful.

Coventry v Leeds

Richardson (knee) and Paul Williams (calf) are doubtful for Coventry, who welcome back defender Daish (ban). Strachan may face his former club. Leeds, aiming to avoid a club record seventh successive defeat, will be without the injured Ford, Speed, Dorigo, Deane, Pemberton, Jobson, Brolin and Yeboah are injured but goalkeeper Beeney (ban) is available again.

Everton v Aston Villa

Southgate (knee ligament) returns from a six-week lay-off, but Johnson is banned and Taylor injured but Yorke is fit after missing last weekend's home defeat by Manchester City. Everton welcome back Horne and Hinchcliffe (bans) and Parkinson is fit again.

Man City v Liverpool

City are unchanged after last weekend's victory at Villa Park. Liverpool defender Wright (back) is fit.

Middlesbrough v Man Utd

England Under-21 midfielder Mustoe (knee) returns for Middlesbrough but injured duo Hendrie and Fleming are both ruled out. United are expected to keep the team that beat Nottingham Forest 5-0. Bruce (hamstring) is fit again.

Newcastle v Tottenham

Anderton is expected to make his third start in a week following a seven- month lay-off with groin trouble in an unchanged line-up as Spurs pursue a place in the Uefa Cup. Newcastle, needing to win to keep their title hopes alive, are also likely to be unchanged with Asprilla on the bench.

Nottingham Forest v QPR

Forest expect to be unchanged after holding Newcastle to a 1-1 draw on Thursday. Impey (ban) misses QPR's farewell to the top flight after 13 years in the top flight. The rest of the squad are available.

Southampton v Wimbledon

Venison (ban) returns to lead Southampton's attempt to escape relegation. He will replace Maddison or Widdrington. Winger Walters is suspended. Norwegian Leonhardsen (ankle) may return for a Wimbledon return after a month on the sidelines, possibly as a replacement for captain Jones.

West Ham v Sheff Wed

Wednesday welcome back defender Newsome (ban). Manager Pleat is likely to keep faith with goalkeeper Pressman despite criticism of his display last week. Striker Dowie (ban) returns for the Hammers, who give tests to midfielders Moncur and Bishop, while Lampard is on stand-by.
