After 22 rounds and two gruelling semi-finals, the Aviva Premiership reaches its conclusion this weekend as Bath face Saracens in the final at Twickenham. The match promises to be a great contest with a clash of styles between Bath's attacking prowess and Saracens' impressive defence and kick and chase game.

Bath’s second place finish in the league resulted in a semi-final tie against Leicester Tigers which they won convincingly, 47-10, running in seven tries in just eight visits to the opponent's 22.

Saracens’ fourth place finish meant a difficult trip to league winners Northampton Saints, where they ground out a professional performance to win 29-24. Both teams have performed well throughout the season but it is Bath that bring the form to the battle, having won their last seven Aviva Premiership games.

Saracens will be eager to put last year’s disappointment behind them, when Alex Waller's last minute try in extra-time won the trophy for Northampton, while Bath are competing in their first play-off final since 2004.
