England's representative, John Jeavons-Fellows, has resigned his directorship of European Rugby Cup. He made no comment.

Phil Adams, Bristol's 33-year-old second row forward, faces club officials today after an alleged stamping incident in Saturday's League game at Northampton. Jerry Wallis, the referee, on the advice of his senior touch judge, Geraint Ashton Jones, sent off the Bristol No 8 Eben Rollitt. Both officials have since viewed the match video provided by Sky and have admitted the wrong player was sent off.
