Premier League: Jurgen Klopp 'relieved' following Liverpool beating Crystal Palace while Manchester City win 3-0 over Huddersfield

Liverpool are reportedly providing Bayern Munich with competition in the race to sign highly-rated Chelsea youngster Callum Hudson-Odoi.

According to Bild, Hudson-Odoi has attracted interest from Anfield as well as Bayern, with RB Leipzig also in the hunt for the 18-year-old.

The German sports daily claims that representatives from Liverpool met Hudson-Odoi's brother and agent Bradley.

Chelsea are making attempts to tie down Hudson-Odoi, whose Stamford Bridge contract is set to expire in the summer of 2020.

The youngster has made 10 appearances for Maurizio Sarri's side so far this season, scoring once in the Europa League.

Meanwhile, out-of-favour striker Divock Origi has been linked with a January move away from Anfield to Turkey.

According to Fanatik, Galatasaray view Origi as a viable option this month as they search for alternatives to Sparta Prague striker Benjamin Tetteh.

Liverpool, however, are not expected to allow Origi to leave this month. Jurgen Klopp sees the Belgian as useful back-up for the remainder of the season.
