“Great young guy, I like his style," Klopp said of Brannagan.

“For his age, has everything you need for a midfield player.”

Brannagan has made one appearance for the Liverpool senior squad, as a substitute in their Europa League draw at Bordeaux.

Klopp added that he will make changes from his team which drew 1-1 with Southampton on Sunday.

"It's a very, very important game," he said.

"But I know we have a lot of games in the legs so we have to change.
