Free-scoring Manchester City welcome Chelsea to the Etihad on Monday night as managers Manual Pellegrini and Jose Mourinho renew their rivalry for the second time on English soil.

Pellegrini’s 108-goal City - with a 100 per cent home record in the Premier League and averaging 3.8 goals per game at home in the division – are favourites to take all three points, but one glance at the record books shows that the omens are good for Mourinho.

The Portuguese has only ever lost one match against Pellegrini and has won all of his three away fixtures against the Chilean’s teams.
