If Jose Mourinho's Internazionale side beat mid-table Siena at the San Siro next Sunday evening, it will be the Nerazzuri's third consecutive Scudetto and the club's 17th national title since the Milanese club was founded in 1908.

After living for too long in the shadows of their housemates AC Milan, the current crop of carefully assembled stars are now on the brink of creating a lasting dynasty normally associated with the red-and-black half of Milan - a dynasty worthy of the La Grande Inter side that won back-to-back European Cups in the 1960s.

Two of the 2008/09 side - Javier Zanetti and Zlatan Ibrahimovic - have made it into this Dream Team but should that number be higher, or even none at all? Have your say by joining in the debate below.

This Inter side is filled with some of the game's great captains and last week Arsenal's captain Cesc Fabregas had the opportunity to elevate himself into that category by saving Darren Fletcher from Champions League heartache. He chose not to - but should he be ashamed? Click here to join in the debate.
