A little girl required medical attention after being hit with a stray ball struck by Tottenham defender Jan Vertonghen.
The incident happened during an open training session held by the Belgian national team on Tuesday.
The girl was reported to have been knocked unconscious by Vertonghen, who did the right thing and stayed by her side while she was brought round by paramedics.
Belgium face Australia in a friendly on Thursday night, with Vertonghen expected in the side.
Vincent Kompany picked up a calf muscle during the game but manager Marc Wilmots has eased fears over the severity of the injury.
"Good news for Vincent Kompany, he will do light training tomorrow and we will then see whether he can play. Without taking any risk of course!," Wilmots wrote on Twitter.
