A newspaper in Hanoi, Vietnam, published an 'interview' with the former Soviet international goalkeeper, Lev Yashin, this month. Yashin was 'quoted' on the merits of the 24 keepers at the finals, and on his travel plans to watch the games. Sadly for the reputation of the newspaper, Yashin died in March 1990, three months before the last World Cup in Italy.
