Keiron Dyer

(Ipswich Town)

After just three appearances last season following his January debut, the 18-year-old Ipswich-born wing back has become a First Division regular this season and won three under-21 international caps, scoring England's winning goal against Italy in Rieti. Several Premiership clubs are on his trail but Ipswich will demand a high price, possibly exceeding the pounds 3.25m Leeds paid Charlton to make Lee Bowyer Britain's costliest teenager last year.
