Ravi Bopara, Jade Dernbach and Craig Kieswetter awarded England contracts
The England and Wales Cricket Board today awarded incremental central contracts to Ravi Bopara, Jade Dernbach and Craig Kieswetter.
The three players helped England to a 3-0 NatWest Series triumph over India last month, and are in the squad for the rematch on the sub-Continent - starting in Hyderabad next week.
The award of incremental contracts is an automatic consequence once an England player reaches the appropriate number of international appearances.
National Selector Geoff Miller said: "I am delighted that Ravi Bopara, Jade Dernbach and Craig Kieswetter have been awarded increment contacts.
"This is in recognition of the important role they have played in the England side in recent months and their potential to develop still further as cricketers over the next 12-month period."
