BARRIE-JON MATHER MAY NEED KNEE OPERATION

RUGBY LEAGUE Barrie-Jon Mather, who has not started a match for Wigan since their World Cup Challenge win over Brisbane Broncos last June, may now have to undergo a knee operation. The 21-year-old utitlity player missed the start of the season after a double finger operation and shoulder reconstruction.
