HANOI (Reuter) - Vietnamese voted for a new national assembly yesterday in what the ruling Communist Party and government called the country's most democratic elections. Do Muoi, general secretary of the party, said voters had exercised new freedom to question candidates and had a choice of younger, better-educated aspirants.
