Iranian treated for gun wounds
The Iranian Interior Minister, Abdollah Nouri, has undergone treatment in a Hanover hospital for multiple gunshot wounds inflicted in an assassination attempt in Iran on 17 March, Safa Haeri writes.
German sources said the injured minister had been taken to Saudi Arabia. His presence in Germany was first reported by the Babak Khorramdin Organisation, a shadowy underground nationalist movement which claimed to have attacked the home of the Iranian spiritual leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
