Haiti killings
Soldiers massacred at least 23 fishermen and merchants near the city of Gonaives, witnesses and human rights advocates yesterday, AP reports from Port-au-Prince. After raiding a stronghold of the ousted President, Jean-Bertrand Aristide, the soldiers took to boats and fired indiscrimately on people.
