Exiles protest to UN on Cuban ramming
Miami - Cuban exiles have protested to the United Nations Human Rights Commission over Thursday's ramming by Cuban gunboats of two boats in an exiles' peace flotilla that had entered Cuban waters, writes Phil Davison.
Dramatic video film showed the cabin cruiser Democracia being rammed, injuring three people, before being sandwiched by two gunboats and spun around.
