Peking bans satellite dishes
China, seeking to hold back a tide of information from abroad, published new rules banning individuals and businesses from using or setting up satellite television dishes, Reuter reports from Peking. The absence of regulations has resulted in a boom in dishes across the country, sometimes even in the most remote villages, and caused something of an information revolution in China.
