China fears

Gleneagles (Reuter) - The United States has told the Russian government that it is concerned about hi-tech Russian arms sales to China and other countries, a senior US defence official said yesterday. 'The Russians have been engaged in more aggressive arms sales, including to China,' said the official, who flew here with the US Defense Secretary, Dick Cheney, for a two-day meeting of Nato defence ministers beginning tomorrow.
