Ethiopian lead

Provisional results in Ethiopia's elections for a constituent assembly to approve a new democratic constitution, held last week, showed the Ethiopian People's Revolutionary Democratic Front ruling coalition in a clear lead, with 83 out of 91 constituencies so far declared, Reuter reports from Addis Ababa.
