Kathmandu - The Prime Minister, Manmohan Adhikari, resigned after his Communist government was brought down in a parliamentary no-confidence vote, clearing the way for opposition parties to form a coalition government. Sher Bahadur Deuba, head of the Nepali Congress Party, is expected to stake his claim to form the new government. AP
