Clinton calls Americas summit

Miami will host a summit meeting later this year of democratically elected leaders from Western Hemisphere countries, President Clinton announced yesterday, AP reports from Washington. The meeting, expected to be held in December, is the first such gathering since 1967 and is expected to be the largest.
