Days after the Prime Minister, Li Peng, said corruption was 'a matter of life and death' for China, a vice-minister, the most senior cadre caught in the anti-graft campaign, has been jailed for 20 years in prison for embezzlement and bribery, writes Teresa Poole from Peking.
