40 Cubans 'drown'
Havana - About 40 Cubans are missing and presumed drowned after the leaky tugboat they stole to leave the island capsized at sea, a survivor of the incident said. The boat sank on Wednesday. Cuban media said 31 people were rescued and an unknown number were missing. Maria Victoria Garcia Suarez, a survivor, agreed that 31 were rescued, but said 70 to 73 people were on board. Reuter
