Jean Briscoe, 30, a telephonist who was sacked after a director of her company complained about her accent saying, 'Call it Brummie, call it West Indian, call it anything you like' lost her claim of racial discrimination at a Birmingham tribunal. She had worked for First In Service Ltd for six weeks.
