MI5 court case

A unique case which could force MI5 to disclose details of the million-plus secret files held on individuals, is to go before the European Court of Human Rights. Liberty has submitted an application on behalf of Harriet Harman, the Labour MP, and Patricia Hewitt, a former aide to Neil Kinnock, arguing that the security service files on them are an invasion of privacy.
