Good neighbour chases bin swept out to sea
An 81-year-old man had to be rescued by lifeboat after he went out to sea in a dinghy to recover a wheelie bin.
The pensioner, who lives in Anglesey, north Wales, saw his neighbour's wheelie bin being swept out to sea as winds and high tides hit the coastline. The man's attempts to return the bin to the shore failed when strong winds took him a mile out to sea. He was picked up by the lifeboat crew, suffering from mild hypothermia.
