Baby found on golf course
A new-born baby was being cared for in hospital after being found on a golf course.
The baby, only 24 hours old and wrapped in a towel, was found by two boys, Nathan and Paul Keywood, aged 12 and 10, at Kilton Forest golf club in Worksop, Nottinghamshire. They found the child, who was suffering from exposure, as they searched for a lost ball.
Police believe the baby may have been abandoned by a girl wanting to hide the birth from her parents.
