The incident began when Jackson, perhaps jokingly, accused Mr Trump of cheating at golf, after he admitted to playing with him once.
Speaking to Rhapsody magazine, Jackson said he’s a better golfer because he “doesn’t cheat”, he also said that Trump made him a member of Trump National Golf Club without his knowledge which he got billed for last week.
When asked if, having played golf with the republican candidate he understands his political aspirations, Jackson said no.
Maintaining that he doesn’t know Jackson and hasn’t played golf with him he then said the Hateful Eight actor does “too many TV commercials” so is “boring” and that he’s “not a fan”.
Jackson, apparently unaware of the exchange, then had to be told by Seth Meyers he was in a “feud” with the real-estate mogul.
“So, we’re having beef?”, Jackson asked.
Disputing Trump’s suggestion that he’s never met Jackson, Jackson reacted confused saying: “Yes, I’ve met him a lot” and then went on to say Bill Clinton and the actor Anthony Anderson can verify the two have met as they were also present.
Meyers suggested that if it can be proved the two have met perhaps it will bring down his campaign, which Jackson responded to with a thumbs-up.

Jackson reportedly posted on a picture of the bill from Trump's golf club on Instagram, saying: “A bill from the guy that doesn’t know me & never golfed with me! I’m gonna block his ass too!”, the picture was taken down as it apparently had Jackson’s address printed on it.
