Susan Boyle has denied she wants to quit Britain’s Got Talent.

The singing sensation told itv.com there is “absolutely no truth” in reports that she is leaving the TV talent show.

The 47-year-old from West Lothian in Scotland said: “There is no way I am quitting the show — the only way I’d leave the show is if Simon Cowell kicked me out!”

Boyle, who has gathered a worldwide following since belting out I Dreamed A Dream from Les Miserables on the programme, also denied claims that she is feeling exhausted.

She said: “I’m not stressed and I’m certainly not on the verge of a breakdown. I’ve never felt more positive. All I can say to everybody is some of the stories about me in the papers are just untrue

“I’m not going anywhere - I just want to concentrate on my singing.”

Boyle admitted she is battling a few nerves ahead of the next round of the ITV show, but said nerves “can be a good thing because they make you do your best on the big night”.
