Five feet 11 inches of Jessica, an American model, on top of six-inch platform heels on a balcony at the Institute of Contemporary Arts in London yesterday. She was wearing an evening dress by Nicholas Knightly, 25, staging his first London couture collection for spring/summer 1994.
