Correction: On the Media page of 20 December there were errors in the chart detailing peak time's tops and flops of 1994. We wrongly attributed six programmes, Honey for Tea, Nelson's Column, Nice Day at the Office, Life Stories, Secret Service, Hit the Road and Bygones, to ITV when in fact they were broadcast by BBC1.

In the best hits we attributed Common as Muck to ITV instead of the BBC. In the 27 December issue we attributed the advertisement A dog is for life, not just for Christmas to the RSPCA, when it was devised for the National Canine Defence League.
