Unilever takes on Glaxo arm
Unilever, the Anglo-Dutch consumer products group, is paying pounds 95m for the Glaxo subsidiary, Hazeline. Hazeline is a Singapore-based consumer products group which manufactures a range of skin-care products in North and South-east Asia. Last year the division reported operating profits of pounds 4.1m on sales of pounds 32.5m.
