MONARCH Properties yesterday claimed the support of well over 50 per cent of Ewart shares for its attempt to have three of its directors elected to the Ewart board. In a letter to Ewart shareholders, Philip Monahan, chairman of Monarch, said there was no future for a company engaged solely in Northern Ireland property development.
