Innovation: Talon Automatic Number Plate Recognition Systems

RACAL Radio has launched an automatic number-plate recognition system which can read plates day or night in varied conditions. The system, Talon, can be adapted for applications such as parking / access control, international border surveillance and automatic toll collection.
