Whether you are single or in a relationship, most people have dabbled in the crazy world of dating.

While it is stressful meeting someone new, the prospect of finding the love of your life is also exciting.

But sometimes things don't always go to plan. Some dates can leave you planning your own wedding and others wishing the ground would swallow you whole.

You might meet someone who collects unicorn paraphernalia or a guy who think it's ok to mention how much he loves [insert ethnic heritage here] girls because they are 'exotic'.

Dating stories can be comedy gold and others seriously cringe worthy. If you thought your own stories were bad, one Twitter user called for women to share their worst first date stories of all time and they are wild.
