DVD: The Thick of It: Series 3, For retail (2 Entertain)

Not since Yes, Prime Minister has there been a political TV series as entertaining as this delicious satire.

Armando Ianucci and his team might be on to their third series, but they've lost none of their momentum, thanks in no small part to newcomer Rebecca Front as the minister who gets it in the neck from the PM's vituperative chief enforcer, Malcolm Tucker. The supporting cast is outstanding, the writing intelligent, and Peter Capaldi's increasingly unstable Tucker is dynamite.
