Sir: Those concerned about the early age at which young people become sexually aware may be interested to know that when, as a health visitor, I carried out checks on the speech development of 21-month-old infants, it was not unusual to be told that "she says, `juice', `Nanna', `car', `Lala', `sexy' ...."
