Kelly Clarkson did not hold back about her love for Meryl Streep on the Golden Globes red carpet.

The "Love So Soft" pop singer was the first famous figure to be interviewed on E!'s Golden Globes red carpet special, and boy, did she deliver.

Clarkson was finishing up an interview with Ryan Seacrest when she spotted Meryl Streep.

She was visibly overwhelmed by seeing The Post actress.

As Seacrest helps her go down the stairs, she retreats and starts exclaiming, "Oh my god, that's Meryl. That's Meryl."

The E! host assumed she tripped, but Clarkson was purely in awe of seeing the iconic actress.

Clarkson then yells across the red carpet to Streep asking, "Oh my god, can I meet you? I'm such a fan"

See Clarkson's reaction below

The 35-year-old singer is clutching her stomach she's so nervous and excited about the encounter.

Streep stops on the carpet as Clarkson yells, "I've adored you since I was eight."

Clarkson's wish then comes true as she and Streep meet before the show.

The moment was incredibly relatable and adorable all together.
