Why is Rulin' at the Ministry such an irresistible dish? Because it has the perfect recipe - first blend two wonderful DJs, Todd "the god" Terry and CJ Mackintosh, add the best sound system in London, chuck in a live set from sexy diva Andrea Mendez, and you have something special.
