Cake and champagne lovers are in for a treat over at the Tom Dixon-designed hotel Mondrian London.

The luxury hotel on London’s Southbank has announced a pair of collaborations with Lily Vanilli and Laurent-Perrier to mark the Easter weekend.

Running until 2 April, an exclusive Lily Vanilli-designed dessert will be served in Sea Containers, the Thames-side restaurant; while in The Den, the hotel’s hang out space, will host a Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé champagne pop-up especially for the occasion.

Served alongside the hotel’s seasonal a la carte, the new powder pink pudding, crafted by acclaimed baker and author Lily Vanilli, will be a beautiful addition to the restaurant’s British-American menu.

Available for lunch and dinner the specially made tart will comprise of a pink lemonade filling finished with a mini meringue topping, which will be served with a crisp lemon sorbet.

Whilst in The Den, a Laurent Perrier pop-up bursting with pink florals will be in place to mark the 50th anniversary of the much-loved Cuvée Rosé Champagne. The visually striking pop-up will allow guests to enjoy a glass of bubbles over the Easter weekend as well as sample a range of sweet treat pairings designed by Sea Containers.

For guests who wish to enjoy the pop-up experience in the comfort of their hotel room, a glass or bottle of the established Laurent-Perrier Champagne and cake pairing can be ordered as part of the exclusive Easter package at the hotel.
