Jerry Seinfeld: 23 Hours to Kill Trailer

A James Bond-themed trailer has been released for Jerry Seinfeld’s new Netflix comedy special.

The comedian can be seen in the video channelling his inner spy – who has apparently found himself in dire straits, shackled to a table inside a New York City lair and about to be split in half by a menacing laser.

A villain, who refers to Seinfeld as “Mr S”, threatens to eliminate him as such: “The number of people in your curious profession is quite small.

“Even so, I doubt that you will be missed.”

Both characters are then revealed to be in a comedy club dressing room as an employee comes in to warn Seinfeld he needs to be on stage in five minutes.

The clip then cuts to an excerpt from Seinfeld’s upcoming special, titled 23 Hours to Kill, in which he makes fun of bathroom stalls.

He and his new supervillain acolyte are then seen sharing a plate of French fries while having a casual discussion.

Seinfeld shared the clip on Twitter with the note: ”Now that even supervillains want stand up specials, only secret agent comedians can stop them!”

Jerry Seinfeld: 23 Hours to Kill will air on 5 May on Netflix.
